What Do You Call This?

I don't feel like arguing with stupid men on Facebook, so I came to the Common Room. Click the link for the story.

Man Wakes Up Ex-Girlfriend With Special Sauce

Yes, it is what you think it is. Some people think this is funny, like the friend who posted it. I think it's sexual assault. What do you think?

On second thought, I kinda do feel like arguing. I replied to the post because not doing so only perpetuates the rape culture.

I heard about this earlier in the week, and (duh) I agree with you C. It's definitely sexual assualt.
As is the recent CNN article about the wife and two mistresses that lured a cheating man to a hotel and superglued his penis to his tummy.
Nothing about either story is funny (well...), and I hate that a man breaking and entering a house and masturbating over his ex is a joke. Even though she wasn't touched, she was totally violated. He should be charged accordingly.

Triggering ass opening jpg made me regret even clicking the link.

Now I've got a stomach ache from the story. and the comments: they guys who thought this was cool and began sharing ex-revenge-assault stories like cutting off her hair while she slept and the chicks who chime in with "omg not my hair!"

You know what it is IC. What it isn't is education and knowledge circulating about violence against women. My first thought is, "damn, these could be my youth. how do i reach them." I don't know. But I'm going to keep trying.

How is the battle on FB going? I'm down for war so holla at me if you need reinforcements....

I can't read comments outside of the common room and a few lighter-hearted blogs I read. Comments break my heart. They reveal the worst in people since they can hide behind their anonymity and keyboard. Maybe when I need to be fired up, I'll try to stomach a few.
